Adventure People Waiver and Release of Liability

Adventure People, a subsidiary of Expedition Ventures Group, Inc., is in the business of operating and directing adventure vacations, trips, tours, activities, experiences, and excursions (the “Event” or “Events”). Your reading and signing of this Waiver and Release is to verify that you have been advised of, accept, and assume all responsibility and risks for participating in these Events. Further, you fully indemnify Adventure People and its parent company, Expedition Ventures Group Inc. (“The Company”), its owner, employees, tour guides, trip leaders, group members, sponsors, advertisers, venues, tour operator(s), and property owners upon which the Event takes place, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, officers, directors, partners, shareholders, members, agents, employees, and volunteers.

You hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in consideration of being permitted to participate in any and all Events offered by The Company:

1. Assumption of Risks: I understand and acknowledge that participation in adventure tours and related activities involves inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to physical exertion, outdoor elements, wildlife encounters, transportation, equipment failure, and unforeseen hazards. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in these activities.

2. Physical Condition: I certify that I am in good health and physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in the Events. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform the tour guides or company representatives of any medical conditions, disabilities, or limitations that may affect my ability to safely participate.

3. Release of Liability: In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Events, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue The Company, its owners, employees, guides, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during or as a result of my participation in the activities, including but not limited to negligence, breach of contract, or strict liability.

4. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Company from any and all liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related to any claim or lawsuit brought against The Company as a result of my actions or omissions during participation in the Events.

5. Photographic Release: I grant The Company the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs or video footage of me taken during the activities for promotional and marketing purposes, without compensation to me.

6. Severability: If any provision of this waiver and release of liability is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Governing Law: This waiver and release of liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of CALIFORNIA and TEXAS in the U.S.A. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be exclusively resolved in the courts located in BRAZORIA COUNTY, TEXAS, U.S.A.

I have carefully read and fully understand the contents of this waiver and release of liability, and I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions.
